Rui Santos Cruz is PhD in Health Sciences - Faculty of Medicine. University of Coimbra; MSc in Health Sociopsychology; Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy and Postgraduate in Law of Pharmacy and Medicine. He is coordinator professor in Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra, ESTESC-Coimbra Health School, Department of Pharmacy, Portugal.
