Biography
Dr. Carani B Sanjeevi is a Professor at the Karolinska Institute (KI) in the Department of Medicine. Dr. Sanjeevi heads a research group “Diabetes Immunology” at the Center for Molecular Medicine in Karolinska University Hospital, Solna campus in Stockholm. Dr. Sanjeevi is also Senior Advisor to the Innovation office of Karolinska Institute. Dr. Sanjeevi is the Vice-Chancellor of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, India. Dr. Sanjeevi is considered to be a global authority in diabetes, particularly autoimmune diabetes.
